Over the weekend Reckless Intent Wrestling announced more details for the upcoming crowning of the first ever RI Tag Team Champions. We speculated last month on who may be involved and vying for a chance to grab some gold.
Let’s take a look at who is going to be involved…
Confirmed Teams:
Age of Orion | Theo Doros & Michael Chase
Divinity | Brandon Adams & Justin Deed
The Headbanders | Jackie Grady & Rob Mills
Bear & Beers | Jam O’Malley & Jarek Nowak
High Society | David Devlin & Luke Aldridge
Lucha Scotland | Falcon & Solar
The Purge | Krobar & Stevie James
The Govan Team | Ravie Davie & Cousin Zander
I’ve talked about the first five teams previously (read here). One of the teams I’m excited about in this one is The Purge, who would be making their RI debut in this tournament. A no nonsense duo who have been battering teams north and south of the border. They could make the final and leave bodies in their wake.
Tournament Match Dates:
Match 1 | Livingston | 07/04/18
Match 2 | Livingston | 05/05/18
Match 3 | Twechar | 21/04/18
Match 4 | Gilmerton | 22/04/18
Semi Final | Winner of Match 1 vs Winner of Match 2 | 02/06/18
Semi Final | Winner of Match 3 vs Winner of Match 4 | 07/07/18
Final | Livingston | 04/08/18 | Cruel Summer
Who do you think will become the first RI Tag Team Champions?
