Welcome to Starter For 10. We ask professional wrestlers 10 questions so that you can find out a bit more about your favourite real life superheroes.

On this edition, Thatcher Wright answers our questions.

What drew you into professional wrestling?

I first saw wrestling on the BBC documentary “Insane Fight Club”. When I saw the publicity all the stars of the show were getting, I knew I could use this as an avenue to spread the virtues of Baroness Margaret Thatcher.

Who were your favourite wrestlers growing up and who are your favourites now?

I was never interested in wrestling growing up. My favourites other than myself are Jason Reed and Spike Trivet who both have similar outlooks on life to myself. Leyton Buzzard and Levi Justice both have very bright futures but they could enhance this by joining forces with me and accepting my dear Margaret into their lives.

What made you decide to start training to be a wrestler and where did you start?

I decided to become a wrestler for the same reason I undertake all endeavours. To spread the word of Baroness Margaret Thatcher. I started in 2015 at the Glasgow Pro Wrestling Asylum.

Who are your biggest influences in professional wrestling, as a fan and as a wrestler?

Obviously Baroness Margaret Thatcher but also my coaches Rudo lightning, Lionheart, Wolfgang, BT Gunn, Stevie Boy and Jack Jester.

Who has been your favourite opponent(s) and do you have a favourite match?

That is a very hard question. Jack Jester comes to kind as it was the my match against him was the main event of a high profile show, so I was able to spread the advice and guidance of my dear Margaret to a wider audience.

What has been your career highlight(s) so far?

The highlights of my career so far have been has been performing for Insane Championship Wrestling in Cardiff, for TNT Extreme Wrestling in Liverpool and Wrestlezone in Aberdeen.

These three shows have allowed me to spread the wisdom of Baroness Margaret Thatcher to great cities that have sadly lost their way.

Who would be your dream opponent, past or present?

My dream opponent would be Brock Lesnar as he is the most famous Wrestler currently. Wrestling him would allow me to showcase Thatcherism on a global stage.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

In 5 years time I see myself wrestling Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania.

Where can we find you on social media?

Twitter
Instagram
Facebook

And finally, why do you do what you do?

I do what I do to make the world a better place and the only way to do this is though the teachings of Baroness Margaret Thatcher.

Thank you to Thatcher for answering our questions.
